don't despair, my friend! I was on a horrible run when it came to onion rings. They just weren't as good as I remembered them being. But all of a sudden, I have been having a run of good luck. The batter is sufficiently salty, the onion slips gently out of the crispy batter, there is no mealiness to speak. Who needs ketchup? Not me! It's bliss!
On a slighlty relavant theme, I would just like to express my strong opposition to sandwiches served on croissants.

I wouldn't know about all that, but I will say that salmon is frequently disappointing.
